Ruth graduated from University of Lancaster with a BSc. (Hons) in Combined Science. She has over 18 years’ experience working in GLP accredited laboratories as a senior scientist and Study Director in environmental fate and residue studies. Ruth has extensive experience working with both radiolabelled and non-labelled test compounds, and has run a large number of regulatory biodegradation and environmental fate studies (e.g. OECD 106, 209, 301 (B, D and F), 303A, 307, 308, 309, 310, 314B) to support the registration of agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and industrial chemicals under REACH. Ruth has extensive experience using LSC, radio-HPLC, radio-TLC and quantitative radiochemical techniques.
